 Okamoto Kiichi 岡本帰一  created this sheet music cover illustration in 1925. It is titled “Music score Blue Birds No. 24 青い鳥楽譜 第24篇 縄飛 お寺の. 裏路”. The cover sheet measures 27 x 19.4 cm (10 5/8 x 7 5/8 inches) and was published by Sasaki Suguru 佐々木英編 in Tokyo, Japan. The songs Nawatobi 縄飛 (Jumping Rope) and Otera No Uramichi お寺の裏路 (Temple Backstreet) were written by Takai Mitabi 高い旅費 and Mochida Kioyoshi 持田清 and composed by Sasaki Suguru 佐々木英編.

The cover sheet illustrator Kiichi Okamoto 岡本帰一 was born on Awaji in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, in 1888. He attended the School of Hakubakai. After graduating, he helped Ryusei Kishida 岸田 龍勢 and Kotaro Takamura 高村 光太郎 establish the Fusain Society フサン協会. Kiichi 帰一 was also chief illustrator for Kodomo no Kuni 子供の国 (Children's Land), a children's picture magazine. Kiichi's 帰一 illustration style was influenced by late-19th- and early-20th-century European picture books.
